  • CAN I GET REFUND?
    I hope that you are happy and your item meets your expectations. If this is not the case, please contact me in the first instance, either by e-mail or on the contact form on my page. I will try my best to respond as soon as possible (It is only me, so please be patient at busy times). Refunds will not be accepted unless the item is damaged in transit.
  • EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
    Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
  • WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED OR I HAVE AN ISSUE?
    Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.   • I WANT TO COMMISSION YOU TO DO ARTWORK, WHAT NEXT?
    Please complete the form on the Commissions page, ensure you give a short clear description of what you want to commission, with examples or references if possible to items located in my gallery. I will then be in touch to discuss the next stage of the process.
  • WILL YOU DO ANY COMMISSION REQUESTED?
    It is important that you research my gallery so that you can see my style of artwork. If you would like something similar, with your own customised colours and style I will be in discussion with you and give you a quote based on the size you would like. What you suggest might not be something I am able to take on.
  • WHAT TECHNIQUES DO YOU USE TO PAINT YOUR ART?
    My work is Acrylic & mediums. Sometimes I use heavy body mediums to create texture and dimension. My paintings are always varnished on completion.
  • COPYRIGHT
    All my artworks are copyright to Lisa's Local Art and protected under Copyright Law. Lisa Jefferies retains the copyright of all artwork on and sold via this website and via any other channel. It is prohibited to re-produce any illustration or piece of content, or to use for commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed. Specific usage for commissions and brand or business projects is to be agreed at the time of commission. Lisa's Local Art or Lisa Jefferies, reserves the right to produce and sell prints of each and any artwork in the future.
  • WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
    At the checkout you will be offered delivery options as follows: Free Delivery - For all orders over £120. Standard Delivery - From £2.5 - £7 depending on items in your basket. Local Delivery - £2.50 (This will be roughly a 4km radius from Kingswood, Bristol) Pick-Up - FREE from BS15.
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
    My aim is to process, pack and ship your order within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and once again when it has been processed. Please note at exceptionally busy times these timings might vary, therefore if you require something urgently or on a specific day, it is advisable to contact me before placing an order.
  • HOW WILL MY ITEM BE PACKAGED?
    Your item will arrive securely and I always try to use recycled packaging where possible.
  • WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
    I offer shipping to the whole of the UK. Unfortunately I don't post internationally. When checking out you will be offered various shipping methods, including a free collection option if you are interested in collecting from Kingswood, Bristol.
  • HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
    At checkout you’ll have the option to select your preferred payment method and will be taken through a secure checkout.
  • I’VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL / I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
